With a 34-year tenure at Dentsu Inc. (currently Dentsu Group Inc.), Masaya managed major clients such as Philip Morris, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, and Shiseido. He excelled as a leader in account management and integrated solutions, becoming an Executive Officer in 2018.
Relocating to Singapore, he served as Executive Client President for Dentsu Aegis Network (currently Dentsu International) in the global and Asia-Pacific regions. In 2019, he became the Global Solutions CEO at Dentsu International, advancing global client excellence.
As of 2022, he accelerated strategic promotion as Group Solutions Officer at Dentsu Group Inc. and became a Global Client Partner in 2024. In January 2025, he was appointed Executive Senior Advisor. Masaya is adept at navigating intercultural dynamics and is passionate about delivering impactful results for clients.

Greg brings international leadership experience from Publicis roles in Johannesburg, Chicago, and Tokyo. His exposure to diverse cultures and markets has shaped a leadership style grounded in curiosity, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for different perspectives.​
